Invitation Letter
An official IANHC 2026 invitation letter can be issued to registered participants who require documentation for their visa application. The letter confirms your acceptance and participation in the conference.
How to request
- 1Complete your conference registration
- 2Email the organizing committee with your full name, institution, country, and registration confirmation number
- 3Allow 5–7 business days for the letter to be prepared and sent
- 4Submit the letter with your visa application at your local Canadian consulate or embassy

To process your invitation letter request, please include the following information in your email:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your passport)
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Country of citizenship
- Job title and institution/organization
- Conference registration confirmation number
- Presentation title (if presenting)
- Intended dates of stay in Canada
Important Notes
- An invitation letter is a courtesy document only. It does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests with the Canadian immigration authorities.
- Do not book non-refundable travel until your visa has been approved.
- Invitation letters are only issued to registered conference participants.
- The conference organizing committee cannot contact immigration authorities on your behalf or influence visa decisions.
- Apply for your visa well in advance — processing times vary by country and can take several weeks.
